They may not have designed the new addition to the Nelson, but they sure struck a pose in front of it!  Jennifer and David, both architects in Kansas City, are tying the knot in November.  This is a wedding we’re really looking forward to - it will be stylish, sophisticated, and chic!

Why does the wedding season have to be during one of the hottest times of the year?  Oh yes, we almost forgot that we live in the Midwest where we bake like Ore Ida fries in the summer time.  Abbey and Barretts wedding day was right up there with the hottest wedding days in LemonLime history.  They tied the knot in Wichita, Kansas with an elegant ceremony followed by a kickin’ reception.

Happy anniversary you two!

Trecked up to the Nelson to shoot Patty’s bridal session this past weekend.  Thanks to two of her bridesmaids she had the help she needed to get from one place to another while keeping her dress in tip top shape!  We had to remind ourselves that this wasn’t a Trash The Dress session, as we did have the inkling to ask her if a dip in the JC Nichols fountain nearby sounded good.  (It was another hot one that day.)

We had a great time – always love the opportunity to spend time with our clients prior to their wedding.  Can’t wait to share a few images of the session with all of you, but to keep Jarrod in the dark until the big day, we can only post these for now…..
