amy & adam

It is the final stretch of the LemonLime wedding season and we keep getting blest with great couples. It might have something to do with us sitting down and explaining our style and each couple detailing their relationship as well as their wedding plans. During that meeting we get to know a lot about a couple. During our meeting with Amy and Adam we had the pleasure of meeting Amy’s parents, so we could see the dynamic of their day unfolding. The day came and it did not disappoint.

After a wonderful ceremony we were off to the reception. The location, Amy’s parents’ house, and the experience was fabulous. Yes, we have had a couple tent receptions in our day and each one of them has been a monster party. This party came with props, a limbo contest, and we will assume no alcoholic beverages were consumed.

Dude caught some air…

Yes, we did say props. But we stress no animals were harmed in the making of this party.

A little glow stick limbo.

This last shot was a perfect cap of the night. Amy and Adam have so much respect and everlasting love for each other. They both adore each other so much and the way they interacted all day was beautiful. We were so happy the day went without a flaw and they both had so much fun. We thank them for letting us be part of it.

Have you seen my clubs?

We headed over to Hillcrest Country Club for a little wedding a few weeks back. Katie and Sam had come to us several months ago and told us about their day and the laid back feel they were after. We got really excited as the day got closer. The forecast was not super hot, and that was something new for us after a bunch of hot summer weddings.

When we arrived we were directed to the women’s locker room. Ah…. Yes, please. A bridal portrait in a locker room, how could we resist. After being witness to the fun of the girls getting ready when headed out to the first tee for their ceremony. It is so much fun to shoot a wedding outside. Being part of the world around them and being so close to friends and family made for a great scene.

We have some great memories from your day guys, we hope the images take you back there as well.

In our last post we let you know that LemonLime does not eat cake at our weddings. So while reviewing our images, Eric grabbed this one and asked if this image was representative of the reason we don’t eat cake. It is sooo not the reason, but it struck us a little humorous.

FOUR!!

The Party

If you can’t tell by these images. You missed the party of the year! Holy smokes. We apologize in advance, but some of you were sooo busted!!

This tent was massive. No other words can describe it.

MMMM, cake is yummy. (LemonLime sidebar: We do not eat cake. We are superstitious so please stop asking us. :-) Seriously. Almost 3 years in. No Cake!)

The band totally rocked!

We think Wonder Woman busted this kid, but you can come up with your own ideas.

Well HELLO there…

Yes, we realize there are no real images of us on our blog. That is specifically by design. The explanation of this image is either she is documenting her life or she totally going to blackmail us.
