WPPI
For those of you that follow LemonLime on Facebook you probably got a barrage of updates last week on our little trip to Las Vegas for WPPI. What is WPPI? WPPI is short for Wedding & Portrait Photographers International. It is an annual conference held in Las Vegas to bring over 20 thousand photographers as well as all the vendors that want to sell their products to all of those drooling camera geeks.
This year, with a little prodding by Baldology, our excellent web design company, we decided to take the plunge and visit Sin City. Now we couldn’t just go to Vegas and not discuss our weddings for the year and where we really wanted to take LemonLime creatively. We took a look at a few of our projects we have coming up and had to do a little ‘practicing’. So we made this little video to play. We hope you enjoy and we hope you get a feeling for what WPPI is all about.
Before you view this video we wanted to take some time to thank some people for LemonLime Photography being able to survive for a little over 3 years. First, we want to thank all of our amazing clients that trust us completely and let us know be as artistic with the story of the day as we can. We also want to thank some amazing photographer friends around the nation as well as right here in Kansas City. We are inspired to know you and be associated with your great work. We already shot a wedding with Jason Domingues, Jan & Marco Simonelli, and Dustin Steller this year and we have a ton more in store for you on that front. Last year, we had the pleasure of going to a workshop by John Michael Cooper and his ideas for his business really made us step back and look at the direction we were taking. We thank you all for your inspiration!
Lastly, LemonLime would not be possible without the amazing wife of Neal. Jessica you put up with all the after hours meetings, with Neal gone on so many Saturdays throughout the year. We could not have built this business into what it is today without your help.
Jessica and Tad we hope this gets you excited!! We can’t wait…
