This photographic series materializes the vague – half remembered images of our subconscious. Each of these images, when viewed individually create vignettes of memories. When understood as a whole, they recreate the essence of place. A story of mood, history, and spirit, without a specific narrative of factual documentation.

A few months ago Eric travel to china with his sister for a whirlwind 10 day trip visiting family. With thousands of photos to edit, here is a small sample of what he’s working on… part of a series which takes the traditional travel photos, objects, colors and shapes of the trip and transforms them into vignettes of memories.
